The vision of PHBC is to develop people spiritually and socially. It is our hope that through Bible teaching, fellowship, evangelism, and worship, we will bring people of every sex, race, and creed to a greater understanding of their relationship with God. PHBC will invest its resources and efforts to build facilities and design programs that will impact the community it represents. This includes the obtaining of additional property to build a licensed adult care and pre-school.
